Thank you to all of those that attended the 2010 Volunteer Appreciation Picnic!

Multifaith Works would like to thank all of those that attended the Annual Volunteer Appreciation Picnic.  With over 200 attendees, and a bounty of delicious food prepared by the Multifaith crew, volunteers were honored for the outstanding efforts and unflagging service.

Closing the Year

The longest night has just passed and a new cycle begins for all of us. This year...

General Description

Multifaith Works provides low-cost independent community-based housing in six locations for people with HIV/AIDS: Beighle House (Capitol Hill), Dalton House (Ravenna), Casa Luis (South Park), Beacon House (Beacon Hill), Hill House (Beacon Hill), and Laytner House (Skyway). Lack of housing remains the greatest single barrier for homeless people living with HIV/AIDS in their efforts to obtain or maintain continuity of HIV/AIDS medical care and supportive services. Each home offers dignity and quality of life for people living with HIV/AIDS--a home where residents are cared for, valued, supported, respected, and safe. In each home, residents have their own furnished private room in addition to general use of the common areas, bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, and yard. All our houses are alcohol and drug free.
